Hour: 40 hours per week: Mon, Tue, Thurs, Fri (8:00am-4:00pm), Wed (8:00am-4:30pm)
Plus one before and after care shift each week

Required Qualifications:

- Deliver educational programs dealing with environmental science, horticulture, animal science, and agriculture programs at the Suffolk County Farm and Education Center
Administrative Responsibilities:

- Lead CITs and Jr. Counselors through daily activities.
- Supervise campers and ensure their safety at all times.
- Lead campers through daily activities with a positive and fun attitude.
Coordination/Operation - 10%
- Responsible for assisting with program set-up, material preparation, and clean-up.
- Assist in maintaining proper site appearance and safety conditions.
- Collaborate in activities that generally support Cornell Cooperative Extension and perform other duties as assigned.
Professional Improvement - 5%
- In cooperation with Supervisor and Executive Director, jointly develop and pursue a professional development plan to increase competencies relative to position accountabilities and address changes and Association priorities.
