What are the responsibilities and job description for the Case Manager, QMHP - El Paso position at Agape' Counseling?
Our company is seeking an experienced Case Manager (QMHP) for our fast-growing organization. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently with minimal supervision and apply their time management skills to keep up with ever-changing deadlines. We're looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills who can be a part of a team that supports diverse clients on a full range of projects and meets strict deadlines while ensuring compliance with applicable procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support and advocacy to people who have experienced trauma.
- Offer support, information and referrals to individuals who have experienced trauma.
- Deliver services in a supportive manner that respects a person’s beliefs and culture.
- Assist people in developing healthy coping skills to use when facing difficulties.
- Guide individuals towards self-empowerment, healing, and recovery.
- Be aware of resources available in the community.
- Communicate clearly and sensitively about the issues and concerns of the people served by the program.
Must be CANS and ANSA Certified
Must have a Bachelor Degree with at least 18 semester hours in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, Early Childhood Education, Counseling, or Nursing.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
