ABOUT THE ROLE
The Patient Resource Manager (PRM), also referred to as Community Liaison in some markets, is responsible for leading the business development activities to drive admissions and census within an assigned book of business. Through cross-functional cooperation, the PRM is responsible for the total value creation from the account relationships within the book of business. The PRM will be the primary face of the company to these referral sources and will develop business plans, marshal the company's resources to secure growth, build collaboration, and report success against these plans.
*This schedule will be Monday- Friday 8-5*
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field preferred
- Three (3) years of experience in health care marketing, management, or hospice care operations is preferred
- Demonstrate ability to market aggressively and deal tactfully with customers and the community
- Knowledge of the corporate business management process
- Proof of current automobile insurance and a valid driver’s license
- Must have and maintain transportation to be used for work
