What are the responsibilities and job description for the Infant/Toddler Teacher position at Agape?
- Create and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities for children
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Manage classroom behavior and promote positive social interactions
- Provide education to young children through our Christian based/Montessori program
- Collaborate with parents and communicate regularly about their child's experiences and achievements in person and through Brightwheel
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in nannying, preschool, babysitting, daycare, or related field
- Strong classroom management and behavior management skills
- Knowledge of infant care and early childhood education principles
- Familiarity with special education practices is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team of teachers and staff members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with young children
