Marine Engineer for Facility Management About the job We are seeking a skilled Marine Engineer or similar professional to join our dynamic and fast-growing team in Søborg. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in energy supply, utilities, electrical installations, and general building operations. In this role, you will support our facilities and contribute to our mission of providing innovative solutions and excellent service. About the Department Join our Facility Management team, where we oversee a range of functions, including building maintenance, energy supply, modification projects, security, reception and services, and facility compliance. Our FM department handles complex technical and building projects, while also addressing daily operational challenges in close collaboration with colleagues and service providers. Your role will include ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, driving improvements, and spearheading energy optimization initiatives. You will… Ensuring maximum uptime for the buildings' technical facilities to guarantee continuous research, development, and production operations Supporting AGC’s significant developments in modification, relocation, and expansion Ensuring compliance with applicable rules, regulations, procedures, and documentation Managing and implementing smaller projects Participating in the commissioning of new equipment Contributing to ongoing improvements of maintenance routines and systems Your workday will be diverse, involving close dialogue with various employee groups across AGC Biologics. Experience and Competencies Your role will entail both practical and administrative aspects, as we focus on optimizing processes with associated documentation. Hence, you must translate your technical insight and knowledge into operational processes that enhance our operations daily. You should… Possess 3 years of experience in a variety of maintenance tasks within regulated areas Be proactive, committed, and passionate about delivering high-quality results to customers within agreed timelines Demonstrate independence, identifying opportunities, making decisions, and adhering to them Work efficiently and methodically, ensuring a consistent flow in your execution Be open to change, capable of seeing the bigger picture, and tackling tasks of any scale Given the daily collaboration within your area of responsibility, strong interpersonal skills, effective communication, service orientation, and teamwork abilities are essential.
