Who We Are Looking For

AGCO has an exciting opportunity for a Process Owner / Manager. As a global leader in the design, manufacture and distribution of agricultural solutions; AGCO delivers effective, high-tech solutions for those working to feed the world’s population, from planting to storage and everything in between.

As the Process Owner / Manager you will be responsible for providing process management, leadership, planning, and execution for Grain and Protein initiatives to facilitate global process development and improvements efficiently and effectively to meet or exceed business expectations.

What You Will Do

• Own process development and process management for product development using Agile methodologies.
• Manage and contribute to a team of approximately 5-10 members focused on development, automation and optimization of global engineering processes to achieve the output, quality, and cost goals of the organization.
• Recommend changes or upgrades to equipment, work methods, or other aspects of the process to improve efficiency and utilization of resources.
• Collect data and apply methods to analyze, document, and diagram processes.
• Identify process bottlenecks and devise solutions to resolve.
• Organize meetings and communicate with key stakeholders throughout the business to identify opportunities for improvements.

• Willingness and ability to travel as required (approximately 10%).

What You Will Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business related field or an equivalent combination of education and work related experience.
• 10 years’ experience in process development required, preferably in product engineering, engineer to order, engineering technology, software such as CAD, PLM, or ERP, or processes such as workflow and engineering change notices.
• Agile, Scrum, or similar project management experience.
• Intermediate to high level proficiency with software such as CAD, ERP, PLM, Microsoft Office (particularly MS Project, MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)

A Plus If You Have

• Excellent oral/written communication, leadership, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve results through influence rather than control (project leadership/strategic direction).
• Engineering and Operations Product Development and Engineer to Order experience.
• Project/Portfolio Management experience (planning, capacity planning, scheduling and execution).

• Understanding of the agriculture industry and trends.
• Engineering and Operations Product Development and Engineer to Order experience.
