AGCO is currently seeking Physical Security Analyst to join the cybersecurity team in a remote setting.
Your Impact
- Gathers, analyzes, and maintains key site data as it relates to physical and environmental protection
- Assesses the Physical and Environmental Protection health of the enterprise by aligning existing physical security policies, procedures, and controls to industry standards and best practices.
- Analyzes physical security assessment results and collaborates with stakeholders to apply risk reduction strategies especially in designing, evaluating, and procuring products and services.
- Develops self-assessment routines with site leads to maintain physical and environmental protection posture and levels of protection.
- Identifies, escalates, and maintains awareness of emerging physical and environmental threats and pending legislation facing the enterprise.
Your Experience and Qualifications
Working Experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in physical security in private sector or public sector.
- Knowledge of industry standards such as NIST 800-53, Physical Security.
- Excellent relationship-building, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements such as GDPR, HIPAA, CTPAT and SOX.
