AGCO Corp has an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Manager to join the Human Resources team, in Duluth, GA (Hybrid/Possible Remote Opportunity). Only 30 minutes outside of Atlanta, Duluth is home to AGCO headquarters. The location allows easy access to the big city lifestyle that Atlanta provides. The headquarters have grown to now include over 500 employees. In this position, you will drive the highest level of service and quality to our internal business partners.
As a Payroll Manager you will be responsible for leading the North American Payroll Team as well as be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of exempt and nonexempt payrolls. You will leads a team of three direct reports while also be participating in the resolution of payroll-related issues.
What you will do:
- Oversees activities of a team of payroll analysts that input payroll data and prepare payroll.
- Ensures that personnel or tax law changes are captured, that overtime or bonus payments are accurately distributed, and that timesheets are submitted and retained appropriately.
- Ensures compliance with payroll laws and regulations at the state and federal.
- Manages vendors and serves as the company liaison; Resolves system issues with Ceridian Dayforce.
- Performs complex tasks typically following established processes.
What you will bring:
- Bachelors degree in Finance/Accounting/Business or related field.
- 5-8 years of experience with Payroll for a manufacturing organization.
- Experience with Ceridian Dayforce
A plus if you have:
- Global Payroll experience with ADP Streamline and Celergo a plus.

Salary : $82,300 - $104,000
