The Senior Data Product Manager, Equipment will lead the development of tools and processes to support and enable Telemetry, Product and Warranty data for the enterprise including creating a product roadmap, backlog, drive data governance and ensure high quality, secure and compliant data. Through close collaboration with business stakeholders, data scientists, data wranglers, data engineers, delivery teams and IT & infrastructure teams, customer, dealer, and business value will be generated by providing high quality, reliable data throughout the life cycle of data. This role will deliver on the value of data to provide both cost reduction and increased revenues, enabling AGCO to better serve those feeding the world. Furthermore, this position creates and maintains the technical and data strategy for Telemetry, Product and Warranty data and leads the team of global Product Owners and global Product Solution Specialists.

What you will do:
- Develop Data Product visions that meet expectations of the regional and global stakeholders based on the appropriate technology as defined, new digital business models as well as end-to-end data capture across the customer, dealer, and product journey.
- Co-lead Data Governance with the Data Owner from the business to lead a team to make and execute critical decisions related for your data domain related to quality, security, functionality, data flows, lineage, standards, validation and more.
- Manage the long-term Data Product global roadmap, involving Sales, Marketing, Engineering, implementations, clients, prospects, dealers, and other stakeholder groups.
- Implement global Data Product strategies to achieve short term performance vs. budget and long-term strategic goals based on agreed global or regional value streams and epics.
- Own prioritization of Data Product backlog to be continually aligned to business value.
- Communicating the Data Product roadmap and product vision to all stakeholders.
- Troubleshoots problems, identifies possible solutions, and resolves accordingly.
- Lead a global team of Data Product Owners and Product Solution Specialists who are responsible for Telemetry, Product and Warranty data.
What you will bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
- 5 years as a Project, Program or Product Management with experience leading global initiatives.
- 3 years Global experience driving enterprise level change management cross functionally.
- Strong communication/interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with multiple levels of IT and business management.
- Effective working relationship with the business to ensure business requirements are accurately captured agreed, accepted, and implemented.
