Position Purpose - Executive Assistant
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for delivering a high standard of administrative support to the President including all aspects of administrative support. The Executive Assistant must have the ability to anticipate and resolve conflicts as they arise and prioritize issues. This position requires excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills – and must use a solutions-oriented approach to support and address the business needs of the office, including supporting other team members, and business partners as required.
Position Purpose - Account Specialist
This position is responsible for ensuring that client needs and expectations are met or exceeded. They will maintain customer satisfaction by applying problem-solving and relationship-building skills and seeking to understand clients and their asked or unasked questions. This person will focus on the movement of money into new positions immediately. As they establish and maintain investment accounts, they will proactively communicate with clients and companies, educating and informing them of the progression of onboarding, new accounts, transfers, and maintenance timelines. Experience in the life, insurance, Annuity, and investment fields with filling out applications and processing business. Licensing is a plus and a bonus but not necessary.
Position Purpose - Client Service Assistant
Client Service Assistant will be responsible for taking actions to further the company’s philosophy of developing a personal, confidential relationship with each client, reflective of their individual needs and circumstances. They will work closely with the rest of the team as we strive to treat clients with the utmost importance so that the clients have a special experience here like no other company gives them. They support the running of the office and assist all team members in building strong prospective and client relationships. They will handle various phone and computer tasks.
Position Purpose - Client Service Advisor
This position is responsible for ensuring that client needs and expectations are met or exceeded. Client Service Advisor will maintain customer satisfaction by applying problem-solving and relationship building skills and seeking to understand clients and their asked or unasked questions. The overall goal of this role is to find new opportunities to continue doing business with existing clients and generate referrals for new business through the top five action areas listed below.
