We are looking to add a Operations and Marketing Compliance Associate to our team. This position will assist multiple departments with process and operational tasks specific to compliance operations and marketing/communications. This position will also work with other members of multiple departments to assist with additional duties involving technology and process needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following
- Manage the operational flow of compliance reviews and marketing materials
- Review and approve marketing communications submitted by agents; Assist with reviewing compliance marketing materials for internal and external use
- Assist with marketing material filing to carriers and through CMS's HPMS portal
- Design compliant consumer-facing marketing pieces including but not limited to digital marketing and traditional marketing assets
- Customize existing filed and approved consumer-facing marketing pieces with insurance agents branding and information
- Work with insurance companies for logo-use approval for business & consumer-facing marketing materials
- Oversee, manage, and organize the pre-approved marketing and training repository
- Assist with general tasks as needed
- Other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience:
- High School diploma or 1-2 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Prior experience with marketing and graphic design and Medicare marketing compliance rules required.
