About the Role:
- Assist with the review, drafting and day to day management of agreements, including non-disclosure agreements, services agreements, trademark and collaboration agreements, supply agreements and standard form business agreements.
- Responsible for general support of databases, partnering with external patent and trademark attorneys with review of patent and trademark portfolios and update accordingly.
- Assist attorneys with review of marketing materials.
- Administer Legal Department status reports regarding critical dates, deadlines and status of open matters.
- Manage small claims litigation and disputes.
- Provide support for other matters as determined from time to time.
Education, Experience & Skills:
- Associate's degree required. Bachelor's degree a plus.
- 5 years of relevant experience, preferably within a law firm/legal background
- Assist with the research, review and documentation of background check results and procedures with the Agero legal team
