Architectural Designer

MUST HAVE 5 YEARS OF PREVIOUS HANDS ON EXPERIENCE.

Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative Architectural Designer to join our team. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating architectural plans and drawings for various projects. You will collaborate with clients, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that designs meet the needs and specifications of each project.

Duties:
- Develop architectural designs and concepts for residential, commercial, and industrial projects
- Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MicroStation
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and preferences
- Prepare schematic designs, construction documents, and presentations
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project feasibility
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure design integrity
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in architectural design
- Assist in the development of project proposals and budgets

Skills:
- Proficiency in 2D animation software such as AutoCAD for drafting and CAD drawings
- Experience with 3D modeling software such as 3ds Max or SketchUp for creating visual representations of designs
- Knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and regulations
- Familiarity with software tools like Grasshopper or MicroStation for system design and analysis
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate drawings
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of interior design concepts is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
