Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled APARTMENT MAKE-READY/Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various maintenance tasks, including electrical, mechanical, and facilities maintenance. This role requires leadership abilities and a strong focus on customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks on APARTMENTS THAT NEED TO BE MADE READY TO LEASE.
-MUST BE COMFORTABLE/EXPERIENCED WITH:

PAINTING, CARPENTRY, PLUMBING, LIGHT ELECTRICAL, DRYWALL REPAIR.

MUST OWN/HAVE BASIC TOOLS.

- Experience in facilities maintenance and repair
- Strong customer service orientation when interacting with internal teams or external stakeholders

- Electrical knowledge for handling wiring, circuits, and electrical components
- Capability to maintain and fabricate mechanical parts as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
