As we continue our rapid growth, we are looking for a new member to join the team as a full-time Warehouse Associate located in Parker or Quartzsite, AZ. Within this role, you will be responsible for the management of inventory processes of our Yuma warehouse facility. Your duties will include receiving, shipping, fulfillment, and inventory counts of our irrigation components and construction materials.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager on equipment and storage warehouses in Arizona.
- Maintaining organization in the warehouses - documentation, and numbering of stored equipment and orders.
- Coordinate with the Warehouse Manager on incoming inventory and outgoing orders from the Yuma Warehouse.
- Managing inventory, monitoring inventory levels and reviewing materials orders.
- Maintaining accurate records of all materials that are stored in the facility. This involves tracking inventory levels, documenting transactions, and generating reports regularly.
- Coordinating with other departments: The Warehouse Associate supports and works closely with others to ensure that materials are stored and organized in a way that is compatible with the needs of the organization. This involves working with the Logistics Manager to ensure that materials are available when needed.
- Ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements: The Warehouse Associate is responsible for ensuring that all storage systems and processes comply with safety and regulatory requirements.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in storage, inventory, or fulfillment management in manufacturing companies.
- Familiar with supply chain processes such as warehousing, procurement, and logistics.
- Experience with ERP systems, recording data, and documenting transactions (Excel preferred).

Additional Notes:
- Providing clear and collaborative communication to both US and Israeli operations. On-call working availability to support global company operations.
- Full-time, M-F, hourly position, with occasional opportunity for overtime, working from our Quartzsite Warehouse location.
- Other duties as assigned.
