Job Title: Warehouse Manager
Job Summary:
The Warehouse Manager will manage the daily operations of a materials facility in the Tampa /St.Petersburg / Lakeland area. This position will have overall responsibility recording and tracking of materials purchased, received, and issued. The Warehouse Manager must be able to work independently, show attention to detail and be able to manage multiple priorities with excellence and efficiency. This individual will partner with customer, Agile’s cross functional teams, subcontractors, union crews and vendors to resolve issues involving customer needs.

Job Functions:

Observes and complies with customer’s and Agile’s Safety & Health Program to ensure own safety as well as safety of those on site.

Manages the daily operations of the facility and has overall responsibility for security, quality, shipping and receiving and inventory management.

Single point of contact for customer, contractors, logistical providers and material manufacturers.

Trains and provides direction to the forklift operator as needed for coordination of loading and unloading activities and for materials movement within the yard.

Responsible for all document controls, establishes a document filing configuration consistent with company policy and industry standards and ensures all files are maintained current from project initiation through turnover.

Takes pictures of received materials and transfers shipping and receiving information into company database.

Creates shipping labels, packing lists and bills of lading.

Performs cycle counts and full physical inventory counts as needed to ensure physical inventory matches records and vice versa.

Identifies process improvements and prepares status reports, as needed.

Reconciles discrepancies between vendor material lists and shipping notices.

Organize materials by work request and help crews receive materials they need for the day.

Utilize company truck to pick up materials from local warehouses.
Job Qualifications:

Certified forklift operator to load and unload materials – required.

Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) - preferred.

Four (4) years in a Supply Chain or Operations environment - preferred.

Minimum three (3) years of Warehouse Management and Logistics experience - preferred.

Minimum three (3) years of Sourcing/Procurement experience - preferred.

Minimum two (2) years of construction / Transmission / Substation experience - preferred.

Direct knowledge of common warehouse parts used in the utility industry - preferred.

Direct experience with common warehouse parts used in the utility or construction industries - preferred.

College degree - preferred.

Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to professionally represent the company in various settings.

Presents numerical data effectively and is able to read and interpret written information.

Strong proficiency with computer skills including MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Ability to multitask, problem solve and collaborate with team members.
