Description
Service & Support Division's (SSD) dynamic and high-achieving sales team has this exciting inside service sales opportunity on the Northeast Region team.
As a paired inside service sales rep, you will be supporting and collaborating with Territory Service Account Managers throughout the Northeast region.
As an integral member of a sales team, you will work together with the field staff focusing on acquiring new customers and retaining and growing the existing installed base of customers.
You will manage your own sales funnel. Regular communication of deals, issues and opportunities with the relevant OneAgilent stakeholders will also be required.
Experience with aftermarket sales, excellent customer service and communication skills, and familiarity with Agilent service products are crucial for credibility working with customers in this role.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree or equivalent
2 years’ sales experience in Life Sciences Service Sales
2 years’ experience using SAP CRM for managing service sales opportunities, accounts, quoting, etc.
Strong Communication Skills and Customer Service Mindset
Strong and broad familiarity with Laboratory Instrumentation and Associated Maintenance Requirements, including Agilent and other OEM Category 1, Cat 2, and Cat 3 equipment
Strong familiarity with Agilent’s Service Product Portfolio and comfort with communicating the CrossLab Value Proposition
