We are currently seeking a Data Analyst for our Salisbury, NC facility.

Overview

The Data Analyst will be responsible for conducting full lifecycle analysis to include requirements, activities, and design. This position will develop analysis and reporting capabilities and will monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Collect, analyze, and report data to meet customer needs
• Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
• Performs other duties as assigned

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Familiarity with queries, report writing and presenting findings

Credentials and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or related field preferred
• 3 - 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Physical Demands

• Ability to sit up for 8 hours or more per day with occasional standing/walking
• Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities
