Position Summary

Agility Defense & Government Services (DGS) is looking to hire new team members! DGS Americas seeks three new Warehouse Worker/Operative team member to join our new location opening in Atlanta, GA.   • Acts professionally and with discipline on the job,
  • Performs assignments correctly and following the Company's rules and procedures
  • Load and unload goods and supplies, and ensuring the proper handling of the same
  • Will ensure the cleanliness of the warehouse and proper handling of all inventory in the work area.
  • Will performs cargo screening duties per TSA requirements.
  • Will maintain quality assurance standards in the warehouse and keeping track of all damaged inventory in designated areas.
  • Act and ethically conduct oneself in an honest, professional manner maintaining expected behavior and performance in line with the Company's mission and core value(s).
  • Properly pack all inbound/outbound products, labeling, and tagging of the inventory in the warehouse.
  • Observe work shift schedules in the docks or warehousing operation to ensure maximum productivity.
  • Continue the improvement of self and seeks new skills, expertise, and knowledge of the job.

  • Extent Flexibility: to be able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach with your body, arms, and or legs.
  • Near Vision: to see details at close range (within a few feet of the observer).
  • Static Strength: To exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull, or carry objects.
  • Arm-Hand Steadiness: to be able to keep your hand and arm steady while moving your arm or while holding your arm and hand in one position.
  • Manual Dexterity: to be able to quickly move your hand, your hand together with your arm, or your two hands to grasp, manipulate, or assemble objects.
  • Trunk Strength: to be able to use your abdominal and lower back muscles to support part of the body repeatedly or continuously over time without 'giving out' or fatiguing.
  • Information Ordering: to arrange things or actions in a particular order or pattern according to a specific rule or set of rules (e.g., patterns of numbers, letters, words, pictures, mathematical operations).
  • Multilimb Coordination: To coordinate two or more limbs (for example, two arms, two legs, or one leg and one arm) while sitting, standing, or lying down. It does not involve performing the activities while the whole body is in motion.

Job Requirements

Mandatory Education and/or Experience

  • A High school diploma, a general education (GED) degree, or a college degree with related experience and training.
  • PC literate in word processing and spreadsheet applications.
