About the role:
We are looking for a knowledgeable Payroll & HR Specialist to process and manage the company’s payroll. You will be the one to calculate wages based on hours worked and administer payments. A payroll & HR specialist is able to use payroll software with accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities & Qualifications:

- Maintaining payroll information by collecting, calculating, entering data, and importing files in our payroll system
- Updating payroll records by entering any changes to employee profile or benefits such as job title changes, rate change, exemptions, and other deductions.
- Resolving payroll discrepancies and answering any employee payroll queries
- Maintaining all payroll operations according to company policies and procedures
- Maintain database of accurate payroll records.
- Conduct regularly scheduled audits of payroll records to ensure continued accuracy.
- Execute payroll to ensure that employees are paid on time and in the correct amount.
- Cooperate with different departments to increase payroll service performance and accuracy.
- Prepare reports for upper management, finance department etc.
- Process and monitor garnishment orders every pay cycle.
- Receive approval from upper management for payments when needed.
- Processing W-2 forms with ADP for the employees.
- Assist in the onboarding team with the new hire onboarding process.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Bilingual
- 1 year of ADP Payroll Experience
- Accurate data entry skills with great attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to communicate with employees regarding their issues and concerns.
- Ability to multitask in a stressful environment with specific deadlines.
- Ability to work independently in a time-sensitive environment.
- Confidentiality and respect for the privacy of employee records
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,500.00 - $57,000.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
