Senior QA Engineer

WHAT DOES THIS JOB HOLD FOR YOU?

• Meet with the software/product designers to determine quality assurance parameters.
• Lead the QA team in designing QA test procedures.
• Overseeing the drafting of testing documents.
• Implementing testing procedures and overseeing the QA process.
• Troubleshooting quality issues and modifying test procedures.
• Conducting analysis checks on product specifications.
• Reviewing Quality Assurance reports.
• Ensuring the successful deployment of products into the market.
• Responding to requests from the design team and management.

WHAT YOU  BRING

• 5 years experience in Automation & Manual testing experience.
• Experience in test automation scripting and executing / managing test automation is nice to have.
• Proficient in testing RESTful APIs and other types of white-box testing.
• Demonstrated ability to read, interpret and document the necessary technical information supplementing issues and suggestions.
• Demonstrated ability to compose clear and concise technical written communication.
• Strong English Language skills (written and verbal) and a demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and convincingly.
• Prior experience leading a team of developers and helping them achieve objectives in a timely manner without impacting the quality of deliverables meeting clients' expectations.
• Ability to communicate well with both technical and non-technical staff.
• Comfortable with communications and presentations to all levels of personnel.

BONUS POINTS

• Prior experience working in the healthcare industry is an added advantage.
• Experience in automation tools such as Selenium would be a bonus.
• Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence is a plus.
• Physical and remote mobile application testing is nice to have.
• Quality certification from an accredited society is a plus
