Follow The Bakehouse's system of bread baking - scaling, mixing, dividing, proofing, shaping, baking
Able to produce all baked goods, including but not limited to artisan bread, biscuits, muffins, laminated danish, laminated croissants, doughnuts, cakes, etc.
Maintain freshness of freezer, keep cooler organized.
Complete department checklist and cleaning list.
Complete production schedule.
Adhere to bread recipes and specifications.
Executes baking quality of products that reflect best-in-class standards
Able to work with cross-departments to ensure the quality of products and delivery to customers.
Be able to produce and lead large production needs at a fast pace when needed.
Follows proper handling and right temperature of all food products.
Work beside cooks and workers engaged in food preparation to ensure they have everything they need.
Checks the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met.
Monitor stocks for baking ingredients such as flour, sugar, etc., and report appropriate orders to supervisor
Check the quality of material and condition of equipment and devices used for cooking and baking.
Report all equipment problems and maintenance issues, known safety hazards, or unsafe practices and procedures to management immediately.
Able to recognize and teach superior quality of products, presentations, and flavors.
Ensures compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Maintains cleanliness and organization in all work areas.
Ensure compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety standards.
Other duties and tasks as assigned by supervisor or owner.
Able to lift at least 50 pounds.
Stand for long hours on feet.
Travel if needed to work at other locations owned by Tran Capital Group LLC.

Pay: $10.00 - $16.00 per hour
