This entry-level opportunity is for a 12-month training with the goal of becoming a John Deere Parts Manager at one of our multi-state locations. This will require training at our Ottawa, OH training store and relocation at the completion of the program. Relocation required at the completion of the 12 month training to an open location within the service area of Ottawa, Findley, Gibsonburg, Bowling Green, Upper Sandusky, Tiffin, Maumee or Berkey.
Ag Pro is looking for candidates who would like to build a career in the farming/power equipment industry. As a Parts Manager Trainee you will learn the tasks of parts counter sales, part and accessories merchandising and marketing, business system operation, customer service, parts inventory control and profitability, and parts management. You will undergo practical on-site training with quarterly evaluations. Upon successful completion of the program, you will be placed as a Parts Manager at one of our locations as the need arises.
