At AGRA Industries we pride ourselves in providing an innovative, challenging and safe work experience. Currently we are looking for a CAD Designer to join our growing team.
Summary:
Responsible for the overall planning, direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific projects within the allocated budget and schedule while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Plan, direct and coordinate activities surrounding the design and fabrication of turnkey operations. Act as a liaison with all company departments to execute construction projects in a timely and cost effective manner.
Essential Functions:
- Coordinate with Sales and Marketing and/or client to establish project scope, goals and deliverables.
- Provide leadership in developing the project execution plan, budget and schedule within the requirements established during the proposal stage of the project.
- Keep Management and Client informed on project status, updates, changes or concerns surrounding the project plan, budget or schedule.
- Provide project execution sequence and work with scheduling to develop the project schedule.
- Track progress of project deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with corporate safety policies and procedures.
- Establish a list of qualified bidders, development of bid packages, soliciting bids, and awarding subcontracts for each portion of the scope to be subcontracted.
- Coordinate with Contract Administration in the timely negotiation of terms and the execution of the contract with the Client, assure the project is executed in accordance with the contract, the negotiation of terms and execution of subcontracts, and that subcontractor invoices are according to contract terms.
- Client invoicing, managing project cash flow, tracking and reporting of the project cost, estimating cost to complete and forecasting project financial results.
Requirements
Education Requirements:
Associate’s degree in Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
Experience Requirements
Minimum of three years of previous, relevant engineering or project management experience preferred.
