What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Recruiting Coordinator position at Agrati?
Essential Functions:
Under general supervisory guidance, administers select human resources programs, policies, procedures, and systems. Responsible for coordinating and implementing special projects and assignments as required. Specific Responsibilities Include:
1. Coordinates and assists in the facilitation of all aspects of internal and external recruitment and selection processes. Places external advertisements and internal postings, coordinates interview schedules and candidate travel arrangements, tracks applicant flow, and coordinates administration of various pre-placement screening processes. Completes all new hire documents and data input. Coordinates updates and delivers the new hire orientation program.
2. Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc.
3. Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.
4. Screen candidate resumes and job applications
5. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
6. Provide support to staff for policies and procedures, employee relations, reporting and benefits. Coordinate meetings and conferences.
7. Maintain and update HR data bases including but not limited to Training Matrix, applicant flow, employee requisitions, vacations, shutdowns, federal, state and/or local training grant applications and tracking, and other internet/intranet postings for all sites.
8. Maintain, update, and assist in the revision of company policies and procedures. Assists with coordinating the communication of the changes.
9. Tracks and provides data for the compliance of any federal, state, and/or local governmental requirements, EEOC reporting, Affirmative Action, I-9 compliance including E-verify with Department of Homeland Security, and various requested information. Assists with the preparation and completion of any applicable monthly, quarterly and/or annual reporting requirements.
10. Coordinates temporary contract workforce requests and active accounts. Works with temporary agencies to fill requisitions and tracks all temporary employee assignments. Coordinates the orientation for temporary contracted personnel.
11. Assumes responsibility for completion of special projects related to Human Resources.
12. Ensures that quality and confidentiality standards for the department are adhered to and maintained.
13. Assumes other special activities and responsibilities from time to time as required.
SPECIFIC TRAINING REQUIRED:
· Complete Environmental Health and Safety Policies and Procedures training of self and staff, administration of all programs, audits and corrective action plans in area.
· TS-16949 Quality Systems administration and ISO 14001 Environmental Management Standards.
· Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System.
Education:
Associate’s degree in business/human resources, bachelor’s degree preferred. Program certification in Human Resources highly desired.
PC Literate.
Experience and Background:
Minimum five years related experience. Must have working knowledge of federal, state, and/or local HR laws and regulations. Requires experience in the following areas: administration of policies and procedures, employee relations and communications, recruitment and selection, benefits coordination, and compensation. Requires demonstrated skills using various computer software programs and applications (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Access) and experience with human resources information systems. Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills. Able to perform multiple tasks and assignments. Ability to establish credibility and be action oriented. Must be able to secure and maintain privacy and confidentiality of sensitive and private information.
