Warehouse Supervisor

Position Summary:

• The Warehouse Supervisor will coordinate the shipment and distribution of goods, inspect goods and materials, track shipments, manage inventory, and communicate with supply chain. They inspect incoming and outgoing shipments, receive incoming shipments, and adjust raw materials tracking in applicable system(s).

Duties/Responsibilities/Tasks:

• Performs receiving, inventory, distribution activities in accordance with policies, principles, and procedures.
• Maintains Cleanliness of Receiving Dock and Bay
• Works alongside supply chain to ensure all shipments are complete and undamaged
• Scans and tracks all shipment paperwork to the supply chain team
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required or assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year warehouse/receiving experience
• Pallet Jack experience
• Proficient on Forklift
• Able to lift more than 50lbs
• Able to work in high temperatures outdoors
• Knowledge of inventory control, warehouse operations, transportation operations, order management, performance metrics, costs, and other techniques.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Work in a team-oriented environment
• Inventory management experience (preferred)

Additional Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must successfully complete a level II background check.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to remain in a stationary position, move and/or position oneself, communicate, operate and/or prepare, place, position objects, tools, or controls. The employee must occasionally move packages weighing up to 50 lb. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close observation and the ability to adjust focus. Working Environment: 

Work is performed in a warehouse environment. The employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts and risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an individual encounters while performing the essential functions of this position.
