We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Origination Supervisor, to join our expanding commercial team in the United States; location: Kansas City Plaza (office).

As the Origination Supervisor, you and your team of Farm Coordinators will be responsible for originating grain offers from farmers across our target States. Farm Coordinators are the front-line specialists, who maintain contact with a large number of farmers on a constant basis.

The successful candidate has multiple years of experience originating grain, as well as hand-on leading people, coupled with strong leadership and excellent communication skills, results orientation, and is striving to seek continuous areas for improvement.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

• Build and develop Farm Coordinators origination team
• Provide daily leadership and direction to Farm Coordinators team
• Maintain strong relationships with your existing portfolio of key farmers
• Lead origination efforts based on Trader’s input and direction
• Close deals with farmers, based on leads generated by Farm Coordinators
• Give direction to farmer coordinators who source volume at large scale
• Constantly look for and implement opportunities to improve the farmer origination process
