What We're looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in a computer science field
- Must have previous I.T. Security experience (implementing security plans, asset management, security training, etc.).
- Successful experience and application of IT Security concepts and frameworks (ex: NIST, CIST, Incident Response plans etc.)
- Strong organizational and prioritizing skills to lead security projects
- Excellent communication and people skills to collaborate with staff
- Valid drivers’ license and good driving record
- Ability to travel as needed (estimated 10%) - travel outside of main headquarters is limited.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversight of Security and System access (e.g. network accounts, workstation ID’s, IP assignments, antivirus, spyware, Cloud-Based ERP Systems, Security related troubleshooting, and security configurations, etc.)
- Maintain security tooling such as *Endpoint Detection and Response, IAM systems, CASB, and training platforms to support the Company’s security mission.
- Develop a strategic roadmap for cybersecurity functions to drive program goals forward.
- Includes direction for Identity and Access Management (IAM), security governance, risk management, incident response and disaster recovery, technical vulnerability management, and security awareness training. Manages program communications, status reporting and metrics. Responsible for system hardening and development of Golden Images in support of the configuration baseline.
- Responsible for cybersecurity asset management. Includes inventory, standardization, and documentation of IT assets.
- Development of security configuration management standards to secure the Company’s information systems.
- Performs regular auditing of the configuration baseline to ensure compliance with standards and document deviations.
- Facilitates and documents baseline exception processes.
- Responsible for system hardening and development of Golden Images in support of the configuration baseline.
- Responsible for the approval and security of all applications and software installed on company equipment (laptops, desktops, mobile, and servers).
- Manage the security awareness training program.
- Execute employee initial security training, regular refresher training, and ad hoc training based on elevated risk. Develop a culture of security.
- Respond to vulnerabilities creating emergency situations whenever needed (particularly when services are down).
- Perform security due diligence on IT suppliers including supplier interviews, collection and examination of SOC reports, and review of supplier security questionnaires.
