The Senior Network Analyst is responsible for overseeing effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of Network-related infrastructure components. This individual participates in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure. This individual ensures that core network infrastructure and related procedures adhere to organizational needs. While ensuring the evolution of Agropur’s Network ecosystem by deploying tools and automation for physical, virtual, and cloud infrastructure and by participating to project delivery. More specifically: Oversee the installation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades. Coordinate and communicate with impacted constituencies and strategic partners; Develop and maintain installation, operational, and configuration procedures. While contributing to and maintaining standards; Research and recommend innovative, and where possible automated approaches for network administration tasks. Identify approaches that leverage resources and provide economies of scale; Oversee daily monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all network resources and associated key processes, reviewing logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups; Actively participates in Network related projects in collaboration with project managers to define work breakdown structure, estimate project effort, project schedule, and cut-over plans; Builds and reviews cut-over plans; Takes ownership of all assigned project tasks and drive to deliver; Contributes to the technical solution architecture with Solution Architects; Produces and conducts test plans. Determines appropriate resolution/solution; Produces support handover documentation and ensures successful knowledge transfer to relevant teams; Provides support during stabilization phases; Ensures change management process is followed to track modifications implementation; Be required to troubleshoot production problems within his/her field of expertise; Acts as a subject matter expert and mentor to other team members; Acts as the gate-keeper by reviewing and approving accesses and changes related to technologies under its expertise tower; Act as an escalation point for incidents and problems under its expertise tower; Makes recommendations to address specific business needs for information technology-based solutions; Manages major incidents related to its expertise center and follow-up until resolution; Prepares communications and makes presentations on enhancements and/or alternatives; Help define the network security architecture collaboratively with IT Infrastructure and Enterprise Architecture teams; Maintain an inventory of all network security systems. Take the required actions (i.e. maintenance / upgrade / replacement or retirement) whenever a system is EoL/EoS, no longer fulfills its role or is no longer compliant with applicable standards. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent; Cumulates 5-7 years of relevant experience; Strong knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and OSI model is essential. Strong experience managing Switches, Firewalls, Routers, NetScaler, IP Management,TACACS, Radius, Access Points, Wireless controllers, NetFlow; Firewall management experience Cisco and Palo Alto certifications are a key asset; Excellent troubleshooting skills; Bilingualism (French and English);
