Job Summary:

We are seeking Operators to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with sewing, quality inspection, and operating machinery. This position involves working in a warehouse setting and may require the use of pallet jacks, forklifts, and sewing machines.

Duties:

- Operate machinery to fabricate products
- Perform quality inspections on finished products
- Use pallet jacks and forklifts to move materials
- Sew materials using sewing machines
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Follow lean manufacturing principles to optimize production processes

Requirements:

- Experience in machining or manufacturing environment
- Proficiency with sewing machines
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plus
- Ability to operate pallet jacks and forklifts safely
- Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting equipment
- Familiarity with quality inspection processes
