AgTac Services is currently looking for a full-time Security Site Manager in Stockton, CA. Qualified applicants must meet high professional and ethical standards, comprehend written and verbal procedures and perform tasks as directed.
Experience- Bachelor or Associate Degree is preferred, but not required. Previous work experience in the security or criminal justice field with a minimum of two years supervisory experience is a must. Previous security experience in the logistics market is preferred.
Skills- This position must demonstrate the ability to lead in a team setting, be assertive and remain calm in the event of a crisis, and can maintain control in any given situation. Must be computer literate. Writing skills and interpersonal skills are a prerequisite to employment for this position.
This position will plan, direct and coordinate activities relating to the safety and security of employees, visitors, and company assets on a 24-hour basis to include all shifts and weekends. This individual will ensure that established goals and objectives are accomplished by priority, time limitations and reporting requirements and with fiscal responsibility; advise, make recommendations, assist in the formulation of goals and objectives. This individual will design, implement and monitor security policies, procedures and programs and ensure they comply with AgTac Service standards, contractual obligations and legal regulations. This individual can quickly analyze both short-term and long-term problems and prepare recommendations and solutions. The person in this role will exercise independent judgment while carrying out overall responsibilities and other activities, as assigned.
Tasks Performed– Activities of this position directly affect customer satisfaction, demonstrate in-depth knowledge of location operations and are accountable for quality of all deliverables. Candidates will assist AgTac in identifying, interviewing and hiring quality security candidates, schedules personnel to support site operations.
