AGTEK Development Company is currently seeking a Market Analyst to work in either its Livermore, California or Orlando, FL offices. Working for our V.P. of Sales, this full-time position will support national and international business development.
Responsibilities include:
- “Own” sales and marketing database
- Initiate marketing campaigns via Salesforce.com, email and mail
- Track and analyze marketing and sales results
- Create reports on sales and marketing activities using Salesforce.com and Excel
- Conduct market research, through online resources such as LinkedIn, to determine potential customers
- Qualify customers, prospects and leads via online research and interviews
- Update databases, entering prospect and customer information for company-wide use
- Coordinate annual on-site training classes, including promotion and registration
- Other marketing duties as assigned
Requirements
This position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or equivalent, with a job history of at least 5 years in marketing, administrative or project management roles. Candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills, organizational ability, and proficiency with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Excel.
The ideal candidate will be an upbeat, personable, high-energy professional, with strong analytical, writing and computer skills and a background in using software-based promotional tools. Knowledge of the construction and engineering fields is a plus, as is bilingual ability in Spanish.
