JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary: Responsible for performing customer, market, and product and technology research, gathering data, and reporting findings in monthly meetings.  Assists in creating presentations, coordinates marketing materials and assists leadership team as needed.

• Performs customer, market, product and technology research
• Reviews Customer Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA)
• Retains customer and sales representative agreements, contracts, and documents
• Updates and maintains sales, orders and quotes databases
• Performs customer, competition and market analysis
• Assists in creating presentations by gathering data, building charts and creating/updating PowerPoint slides
• Coordinates marketing materials
• Aids in Sales Forecasting
• Complete a weekly Quick Business Indicators report, provides explanation for changes in business trends
• Maintains MS Office Theme (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook Signatures)

Assists Leadership team with quote tracking/reporting, pricing analysis

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Management or similar

• 1-3 years’ experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Research enthusiast
• Detail Oriented
• Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
• MS Excel required, MS Word, PowerPoint, & Access Expert Level  
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings
