Dietary Supervisor Position Summary
The Dietary Supervisor role includes the following responsibilities:
· Oversee safe and timely meal prep including provision of meals and supplements in accordance to resident care plans.
· Monitors regular and therapeutic diets.
· Participates in interdisciplinary team meetings and QAPI.
· Perform any other additional tasks as assigned by the Dietary Manager and/or VP of Nutritional Services.
· Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.
Dietary Supervisor Requirements
· Associates or higher degree in Food Service Management or Hospitality
· 2 year of dietary or food service experience preferred
