AHEAD is seeking a self-motivated, organized, analytical and scalability-focused Compensation Manager to join our growing People & Culture team. The Compensation Manager works in Human Resources focusing on the analysis of employee salaries and benefits to ensure both are equitable and competitive, while driving compensation as a priority for the organization. The Compensation Manager will research job requirements and evaluate job positions to ensure the company is executing on the promise of a competitive compensation philosophy that retains our employees and attracts top talent. This role works in a flexible hybrid office/remote setting and reports directly to the Director, Total Rewards. Individuals with a background working with development and design of compensation plans, bonus programs, and commission plan design will thrive in this role as they are given flexibility to create new processes and explore new methods for continuous improvement of currently processes and procedures; as well as lead implementation of any new systems that maximize efficiency gains as AHEAD continues to soar in growth.
