AHEAD is seeking a Lead Business Analyst to join our internal IT Business Solutions team at our Chicago headquarters. This position contributes to the successful delivery of Salesforce software solutions that enable AHEAD employees to track and process information while providing exceptional service to clients.
Our business analysts are responsible for a deep understanding of company business processes, application configurations and workflows across a variety of software platforms, including a highly customized Salesforce environment. This is a leadership role that will be tasked with maturing our BA program and overseeing the work of other business and data analysts. A typical day will include working closely with internal stakeholders to interpret new business needs and producing clear requirement specifications for programming changes and customizations. Responsibilities will also include validating that stakeholder requirements have been met and hosting user acceptance meetings. and driving quality assurance for all developed deliverables.
Reporting directly to our Director of IT Business Solutions, the ideal candidate must be a professional, collaborative team player that is comfortable working with people at all levels of the organization. Applicants should possess exceptional analytical, communication, follow up and customer service skills along with an understanding of the Agile framework.
