AHL HealthCare Group is growing its administrative team and is seeking an accounting clerk to work at our downtown Duluth corporate office.
This position will assist in the areas of accounts receivable, collections and accounts payable. This position will have excellent knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.

Hours of Position
Full-time
Monday-Friday
8:00am-4:30pm with a half-hour lunch break
Compensation:
$19.00-$21.00/hour, based on experience
Typical Job Duties:
Perform billing tasks including verifying accuracy
Entering data into general ledger software
Verifies validity of accounts
Generates invoices and statements and sends to proper parties
Generates and provides reports to financial controller
Collect rent and security deposits
Assist with year-end items and preparation
Maintains records
Understands compliance issues around accounts payable processes
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Associate's degree or vocational school training preferred
Prior experience in accounts receivable and payable preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Experience with QuickBooks preferred
Excellent organizational and time management skills
