About our Adult Foster Care division:

Most of our clients can live independently, but need some help with certain tasks. Location: New Gary Duluth, MN

Hours of Position: 3-11PM FT Monday-Friday

Compensation: $17.00/hour

Description:

The Site Leader functions as a support to the Program Coordinator and leader to the Direct Support Professionals and residents. They manage client’s resources, appointments and activity schedules. Completes required documentation, assists in scheduling, and is a resource for anyone in the home. The Site Leader manages program needs, tracks program spending and debit/credit card usage. This lead will work for our Higher Medical Needs home.

Requirements:

• 2 or 4 year related degree and/or 2 years’ experience working with persons with disabilities.
• Ability to pass MVR check, maintain a valid driver’s license and insurance and a state background check clearance.
• You must be at least 18 years of age and be able to read, write, speak English in a fluent manner and use a computer with minimal training.
• The ability to pass a MN DHS background check.
• Experience with Transfers and Hoyer Lifts Preferred

Job Type: Full-time
