Overview
Provide Level 1 support and training on web based Medisked System across the agency. Update system information, liaise with vendor on open support tickets, and provide reports to agency programs and support departments.
Responsibilities
Primary duties and responsibilities include but not limited to :
- Provide Level 1 support for all staff on the Medisked System.
- Configure Medisked System to meet program requirements.
- Handle help desk tickets related to the system.
- Provide training on Medisked for users across the agency.
- Develop management queries and reports.
- Perform additional job related duties as requested by supervisor.
Qualifications
- BS. in Computer Science or related field required
- Two (2) years application support experience; self-motivated, able to work independently, and takes initiative; excellent written, communication, and customer service skills.
