Sprayer Service Technician
Independently performs complex diagnostics, service repairs and maintenance work on customer agricultural equipment, with a focus in Sprayer and Commercial Application Equipment repair. May require some direction or guidance from the Service Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Performs complex diagnostics and repairs on agricultural equipment and established Ag Management Solutions (AMS) products, with a focus in Sprayer and Commercial Application Equipment
- Participates in Service EDUCATE Training programs required for the development of skills and knowledge
- Reviews and explains any maintenance, repair, or other service concerns directly with the customer and documents on work order
- May promote and sell dealer service programs directly to customers
- Maintains the condition of service vehicles, trailers, tools and equipment
- Maintains a clean work area and performs work in a neat and orderly fashion
- Follows all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments
- Completes all reports and forms required in conjunction with job assignments
- Accounts for all time and material used in performing assigned duties
- May perform pre-delivery set-up and inspection on new equipment
- Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to company safety program at all times
- Perform other duties as assigned
Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:
- Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to lift at least 75 lbs. repeatedly
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience required;
