Role Summary

The Data Collection Specialist role is integral to AI research and development initiatives. Key responsibilities include managing participants through data collection processes, following processes and procedures, maintaining data and project confidentiality, participant recruitment, data collection setup, thorough quality assurance, equipment management and security, and providing operational support for project success. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, technical aptitude, and attention to detail to guarantee the collection of accurate, high-quality data.

The Role:

You'll play a vital role in advancing AI technology and the next generation of techology by ensuring the collection of high-quality data. Your contributions will directly influence the development of cutting-edge AI solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively recruit and schedule participants for data collection sessions.
  • Create a welcoming environment for participants, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Guide participants through data collection procedures, providing clear explanations and answering questions.
  • Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot data collection equipment.
  • Rigorously follow protocols to ensure data accuracy and quality.
  • Conduct data quality assurance (QA) checks to identify errors or inconsistencies.
  • Securely store and manage collected data, prioritizing confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with the team leader to streamline processes, report progress, and address challenges.
  • Assist with operational tasks to ensure the smooth execution of the project.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills for positive interactions with participants.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to meticulously follow instructions and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Understanding of data collection principles and a commitment to data quality.
  • Experience in research, data entry, or technical support roles is a plus.

Position Details:

  • Competitive Pay $25/hr
  • Contract position through 6/30/2024
  • Location: Bellevue, WA

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
