- Provide exceptional customer service by effectively addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering positive relationships.
- Act as a trusted insurance advisor by educating clients on various insurance options and guiding them towards informed decisions that meet their specific needs.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of client interactions and policy details to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications:
- Fluency in both English and Spanish.
- Proven track record of success in a Sales/Service or business development role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex insurance concepts in a concise and understandable manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and cultivate trusting relationships.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
