Responsible for providing application development and support services to meet AIA's business needs Job responsibility • To provide daily support services for Shared Service systems, incl. Incident Support, Deployment Support, Application maintenance, etc. • To provide UAT/POC Support and Production Support upon requirement. • To prepare System Documentation. • To support/complete the assignment from Supervisor / AIA TSS. Requirement • Degree / Diploma in Computer Science / IT or equivalent • Minimum of 5 years relevant working experience as System/Operation/Production Support • Familiar with Linux and MS Windows Platform • Experience with API Gateway, e.g. Authentication, Method (GET, POST, PUT, PATCH, DELETE etc.) • Experience with Confluent Kafka, e.g. Message (Topic/Queue), Partition • Experience with Dynatrace, • Experience with EFK (Elastic Search/FluentD/Kibana) • Knowledge and experience in WebMethods products / Java skillset / Cloud preferred • Experience in Financial / Insurance Industry / MNC will be an advantage • Hands-on technical capability and solid in analysis and problem solving • Good at communication & coordination • Good at time / priority / multiple tasks management • Fluent in Cantonese and good command of both spoken and written English. • Willing to take the pressure and work independently Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
