Annual Salary: $65,000 to $150,000
Answer incoming customer and potential passenger service calls.
- Ensure the highest degree of customer satisfaction by identifying and resolving caller needs.
- As appropriate, make outbound calls and provide further information.
- Assist callers as needed with technical concerns.
- Clearly and concisely communicate policies and processes.
- Assist guests with requests for changes, questions, payment processing, and other service needs related to a booking or client profile.
- Set individual service quality targets and stick to them.
