This role is Temporary Full-Time up to 90 days

The technician will be traveling to multiple locations within the Atlanta, GA area.  

IT experience (Call Center, Field Support) A & Network certified preferred

YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO OUR SUCCESS!

• Assist supervisor with administrative task and projects as assigned • Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, and/or electronically using remote access tools • Troubleshoot and resolve technical hardware and software issues • Document and track issues and resolutions • Add/Change/Move/Maintenance of IT Assets • Monitor, identify, and escalate situations requiring urgent attention • Provide one-on-one end-user training • Inventory management of IT assets • Research and answer inquiries utilizing available informational resources

• Provide feedback to management in an effort to streamline and standardize IT operations • Monitors PBX system performance, assuring dependable and uninterrupted operation

• Sets up new users and relocates existing users with telephone extensions, calling features, voice mail and access codes.

• Handles problem recognition, research, isolation and follow-up for routine user problems, referring more complex problems to supervisor.

• Schedules and completes preventative maintenance for PC's and laptops.

• Provides troubleshooting, preventative maintenance and repairs for HP LaserJet printers.

• Troubleshoots and resolves problems related to fax machines through the utilization of the manufacturer’s technical support.

• Installs applications • Ability to maintain standards of confidentiality and professionalism at all times

• Workstation Imaging (Ghost)

• Back-up & Disaster Recover Practices

Will need a vehicle.  Able to lift /- 50 pounds.  Good communication skills.
