Get to know the business
The AIGRM Client Service department is responsible for servicing the Risk Management business on post bind activities. In this position the candidate will be responsible to help identify older AIGRM programs that would make good candidates for closeouts. The role will interact with AIGRM CS management and support the Loss Portfolio Transfer underwriters. The ideal candidate should be detailed oriented must have the ability to work with data, work through servicing and payment issues.
What you need to know
- Work with AIGRM Client Services and management on closeout requests for Risk Management programs.
- Utilizing a closeout model to determine future liabilities and pricing the program.
- Demonstrating technical underwriting skills through strategic, thorough account reviews and file documentation.
- Put together and present the pricing and account specifics to management.
- Work directly with insureds and broker to negotiate ultimate closeout price
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Accounting, and/or commercial risk management insurance experience is preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize and multi-task in a deadline driven environment.
- Proficient in excel with the ability to create and work with spreadsheets (create basic formulas, input data, etc.).
- Ability to prioritize while working both independently and collaboratively.
For positions based in Jersey City, NJ, the base salary range is $57,500-$80,500 and the position is eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan. In addition, we’re proud to offer a range of competitive benefits, a summary of which can be viewed here:
