We have an exciting opportunity for a Field Analyst on our Northeast Field Operations Analytics team. This role will be integral in our production analytics work and providing key metrics to Distribution and Product partners. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:
Core responsibilities:
  • Produce production analytics and Territory reporting providing insights on KPI performance , and strategies .
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of analytical tools and utilization for leadership reporting, trends analytics, or level 2 reporting (salesforce, KPI, etc.)
  • Execute North America analytics strategies at the Territory level acting as the SME for Managing directors and Distribution leaders.
  • Provide key marketplace and trend insight focusing on economic environment, competitors, market share, and other key performance indicators.
  • Utilize field relationships to understand and to provide regional view of targeting and Visibility that identifies strengths and weaknesses.
  • Assist with presentation preparation – internal and external including US production deck, strategic reviews, and broker/management meetings.
  • Own data entry and quality for greenspace targets and Visibility reports.
  • Develop and Drive adoption of Field analytics tools to provide insight for distribution and regional product leaders.

Additional TECHNICAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
  • 2 years of relevant professional experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work in dynamic, rapidly changing environment, adapting to changing requirements and collaborating with a wide range of colleagues to quickly deliver solutions, especially regarding technical aspects.
  • Detail-oriented with demonstrated ability to self-direct, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
  • Takes initiative on projects and assignments, seeks alternate solutions when necessary.
