Opportunity Overview: Join our dedicated team as a Clinical Educator / Staff Development Coordinator, where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the clinical competencies of our nursing staff. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and evaluate educational programs and initiatives for nursing staff.
• Conduct ongoing needs assessments to identify learning needs and performance gaps.
• Facilitate hands-on training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
• Collaborate with nursing leadership to support clinical excellence and adherence to best practices.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with continuing education and certification requirements.
• Lead orientation programs for new hires and ongoing support for staff development.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's Degree preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a teaching or educator role.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and a passion for teaching and mentorship.
