Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Certified Teacher to join our team. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds and lives of young children. Responsibilities:
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in children
- Provide individualized attention and support to meet the unique needs of each child
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning environment
- Manage classroom behavior and promote positive discipline techniques
- Assess and evaluate children's progress through observation and assessment tools
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and developmental milestones
- Stay up-to-date with current trends and best practices in early childhood education

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
- Previous experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting
- Knowledge of child development theories and practices
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Proficiency in curriculum development and lesson planning
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Passion for working with young children and helping them reach their full potential

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
