Position 1: Shipping Warehouse Associate
Why You Should Apply:
- Pay: Up to $24 per hour
- Shift: Full-Time, 2nd shift
- Environment: Climate-controlled office and heated warehouse
Your Role Includes:
- Accurate product handling and documentation
- Pallet banding and wrapping
- Packaging and labeling
- Product and parts inspection
- Material transport and assembly
Requirements:
- Basic computer skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Team player with a positive attitude
Position 2: Quality Assurance Inspector
Why You Should Apply:
- Pay: $24 per hour plus, based on experience
- Shift: Monday - Friday, 4:30 pm - 12:30 am
Responsibilities:
- Inspect products to uphold quality standards
- Conduct audits on operations and functional areas
- Document findings and maintain records
- Use basic test equipment (Calipers, Rockwell Hardness Tester, Micrometer)
- Communicate with the Quality Manager to highlight problems and propose improvements
- Ensure compliance with firearm manufacturing requirements and safety standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Requirements:
- Effective interaction skills
- General mechanical aptitude
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Understanding of work instructions and industry sampling plans
- Experience with measurement tools and ISO 9001 auditing (preferred)
Position 3: Machine Operator / CNC Operator

- Pay: $26-$29 per hour based on experience
- Shift: 1st Shift, Mon - Fri, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
- Benefits: Weekly pay, Temp-to-Perm opportunity
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret product drawings and utilize machine offsets/cutter radius comp
- Perform and record product inspection logs
- Use hand metrology equipment (OD mics, calipers, height gauge)
- Understand G-Code and Macro programming
- Set up fixtures and prove out machined components for first article inspection
- Calculate surface footage, feed rate, and select/setup tooling
- Experience with 4th axis milling and C/Y milling operations in lathe
Requirements:
- Proven CNC experience
- Good work history and communication skills
- Enjoys teamwork
General Requirements for All Positions:
- Seven-year background check
- 10 panel drug screening
- Work Environment: Moderate noise level, physical activity including lifting, standing, and walking
- Safety Compliance: Adherence to safety policies, including PPE use and maintaining a clean work area
- Team Player: Positive attitude, professionalism, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
